Meghan Disch has spent her career growing food and beverage brands at some of the most respected multinational corporations in the world. She joined NextFoods in March 2017 as Vice President of marketing leading GoodBelly Probiotics. She led a partnership for the company with General Mills and successfully propelled GoodBelly beyond beverages and into bars, cereal and yogurt. In addition to growing the brand she developed the brand positioning and strategy which lead to a total portfolio redesign. She built a cohesive digital marketing strategy which increased the CRM database by over 100%. Finally, she launched no sugar added quarts and bubbles, a new sparkling probiotic, to accelerate brand growth and expand into new categories. Her work was instrumental in attracting 301 INC’s $12 million investment in the brand in June 2018.
Meghan arrived to NextFoods from WhiteWave Foods where she launched and grew brands in the natural and organic space. Among her achievements there, Meghan grew Silk to become the share leader in Canada. She also led double-digit growth on So Delicious Dairy Free’s U.S. business. And she was marketing director for the Seed Innovation Team where she led breakthrough innovation for the company.
Prior to White Wave Foods, Meghan led retail marketing promotions for Molson and George Killian’s during her time with Coors Brewing Company. She also developed and launched two new product extensions for Blue Moon.
Meghan is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She lives in Arvada, Colorado with her husband and two children.
