As Director of Marketing at Chameleon Cold-Brew, the nation’s leading organic cold brew coffee brand, Francey Grund manages all marketing touchpoints within its rapidly growing portfolio, including innovation, social and digital strategy and execution, packaging development, as well as shopper and field marketing. Since heading up Chameleon’s marketing efforts in January 2017, Francey has helped transition the brand from a regional player in the cold brew coffee space, through the company’s acquisition by Nestle, into a national contender in the premium ready-to-drink coffee category.

With over a decade of experience prior to joining Chameleon, Francey’s career in brand management and marketing spans across a variety of established lifestyle and consumer packaged goods brands, including ZICO Coconut Water, Mattel and Emergen-C. Francey holds an MBA from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business and a BS from Northwestern University.
