Seth Kaufman, President, PepsiCo North America Nutrition
As president, Seth Kaufman is responsible for PepsiCo’s portfolio of nutrition brands in North America including Quaker, Tropicana, Naked, and KeVita among others; overseeing the company’s integrated growth strategy while delivering both the top-and bottom-line results across these businesses. Before taking on his current position, Kaufman was Chief Marketing Officer, PepsiCo North America Beverages (NAB) where he led the holistic business, brand and consumer agenda across PepsiCo’s beverage portfolio in the U.S.
A 16-year PepsiCo veteran, Kaufman has held roles across beverages and foods including SVP, Pepsi Trademark & Flavors portfolio; VP/GM, North American Coffee Partnership (NACP); Director, Media Strategy & Investment, NAB; Zone Sales Leader, Frito-Lay North America as well as various other marketing positions across brand, innovation and promotions within PepsiCo. In 2015, Kaufman was given an Advertising Hall of Achievement Award by the American Advertising Federation and in 2016, was elected to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors. He was also included on Business Insider’s list of the “50 Most Innovative CMOs” in 2016.
Kaufman received his BS in Television, Radio & Film Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and his MBA from The Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Kaufman is a Board of Trustee member for the Immune Deficiency Foundation and an avid cyclist. He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife Faith and daughters Emma, Noa and Samone.

Founding visionary and supporter of eBev, Stephen Surman was a long-time P&G Digital Marketing executive prior to moving into his role as VP, Digital Strategy for Anheuser-Busch in 2010. After a very successful tenure that saw rapid digital growth and innovation at A-B, in 2012 Surman moved on to the role of Global Head of Digital and Social Strategy for Mead Johnson Nutrition. Building upon a highly successful career in Beverage and FMCG, Steven was elevated to Head of Global Digital & Ecommerce Strategy at MolsonCoors in 2016, where he is responsible for all digital and e-commerce strategy for MolsonCoors worldwide.
Adrian Parker, Vice President, Marketing, Patrón Spirits Company
Adrian creates contagious ideas that transform and grow business. He leads the global brand experience for Patrón Spirits Company, overseeing marketing in 100 countries across their luxury portfolio, including the world’s #1 premium tequila. Crain’s magazine named him one of the top Digital Marketers of the Year in 2013 and his bold approach to leading innovation has been recognized in numerous books, articles and keynotes. Tim Murphy, VP of Consumer Planning, Pernod Ricard
Tim Murphy was named Vice President, Consumer Planning & Insights at Pernod Ricard in 2016. In this role, Tim and his team developed and lead a consumer-centric strategic planning function for the Pernod Ricard portfolio of world-class brands, including ABSOLUT Vodka, Jameson Whiskey and Malibu Rum. Tim and his team also lead audience and behavior modeling to transform foundational insights into data-driven, actionable audience segments and initiatives.
Murphy has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and digital acceleration for lifestyle and CPG brands, most recently as VP, Digital & Media at Pernod Ricard, where Tim and his team built the Digital & Media practice. In this role, Tim built a revolutionary communications planning ecosystem – replacing traditional media planning with data-driven, digital-first consumer engagement. Tim introduced key digital disciplines into Pernod Ricard – including search, social, display, data, content, programmatic, mobile and ecommerce – and led development of omni-channel communication plans across the portfolio.
Prior to leading Digital & Media, was assigned to the newly-created position of Vice President, Marketing Innovation, where he was tasked with developing new marketing functions to drive incremental value for the organization – including Multicultural Marketing, New Product Innovation, Digital / Social Media and Integrated Planning.
Prior to Pernod Ricard, spent six years at The Absolut Spirits Company, leading the ABSOLUT Vodka brand and the Marketing Team in the United States. While managing ABSOLUT, Tim and his team launched the first new campaign for the brand (IN AN ABSOLUT WORLD) since the iconic Bottle campaign was created in 1979 – driving compound annual value growth of 3% during his tenure.
Tim spent the early part of his career in various roles at Diageo in the United States and Europe, and with the German wines and spirits company A. Racke GmbH in Mainz.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Rochester and resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife Ann, his daughter Caroline and his son Owen.

Tina Wung is a seasoned marketer turned corporate innovation expert. For the past 12 years, she has helped steward some of the world’s most iconic brands at top consumer goods companies – Anheuser-Busch InBev, Mondelez International, MillerCoors, KraftHeinz, Kellogg, and P&G.
