Johan is leading the global communication for Malibu Rum and Kahlúa at The Absolut Company (TAC) with extra focus on positioning the brands as leaders in creativity, innovation and tech acceleration. At TAC Johan has been leading both brand strategy, innovation and now communications for Malibu & Kahlúa and most recently he has been leading the development of Malibu’s most innovative brand campaign ever; Malibu Games, driven by a new approach now influencer marketing. He is also heading up Malibu’s & Kahlúa’s global tech innovation hub Living Lab, where the objective is to solve business challenges using rapid prototyping with the latest technological advancements. Johan is on the hunt to find new marketing models that will propel Malibu & Kahlúa into the future. Johan holds a M.Sc.degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and University of British Columbia and started his career at Procter & Gamble Nordics.
