Jennifer Hale is a strategic thought leader at the forefront of macro trends, shopper insights and award winning, innovative marketing campaigns. For the past 17 years, she has helped drive differentiated shopper marketing initiatives by synthesizing data sources to develop big picture growth strategies into actionable shopper stories.  Her core strength is building programs that that engage shoppers where they are in organic, impactful ways through end to end integrated communication.

As a global director, Jennifer’s responsibilities extend beyond the US to 18 countries around the world, enabling her to explore ways to cross pollenate best practices and develop flexible and agile initiatives that resonate across cultures to drive differentiation for her customer.

As an active member of her community, Jennifer loves using her creativity to develop grassroots charity events that support children in need. She sits on the Coca-Cola Commitment Advisory Council, the Cultural Transformation Leadership Team, and is a member of the Network of Executive Women.

Jennifer and her husband, Lonnie, live in Atlanta with their two sons Christopher and Nicholas.
